Bilona Method Ghee: Ancient art behind the sanctity of the council

All ghee are not the same. In the courses, we prepare our ghee using the traditional Vedic Bilona method, a slow and sacred process that respects purity, nutrition and heritage. The journey begins with boiling fresh A2 milk from grass -filled cows, which is later cultured in curd. This curd is churned with a wooden Bilona (churning) to extract butter, which is gently boiled on a low flame to produce rich, aromatic ghee. This method ensures that ghee retains its original taste, medicinal properties and healing properties. Unlike industrially processed ghee, cowhard ghee has no chemicals, mentors or shortcuts. Result? A golden, nutrient-dense ghee that fulfills the promise of energy and health of the tradition.
